Having previously worked as event coordinators at prestigious venues we understand the importance of editing to provide a clear style and considered scheme throughout your wedding recycling statement pieces whenever possible.

KWF understand that weddings and events can be costly and as such we like our couples to feel they are paying for an experience rather than just a service. We have a no pressure approach, you are free to select as much or as little as suits your scheme.

We guide you through all aspects of your day including the ceremony, whether religious or civil, staged inside or out. You might consider an arrangement for the registry table or alter, pedestals, pew ends, aisle embellishment and fresh petal confetti or something more modern and refined.

For your wedding breakfast we have coloured table linens, designer cutlery and crockery, chair sashes and hoods, centrepieces, napkin rings and favours.

At your reception you might decide to reflect what is important to you as a couple, your interests and family or perhaps capture an iconic image. We discuss how to style each area and create cohesive backdrops wherever possible suggesting the re-use of elements at different stages of their day to achieve a considered look.

Flowers for the bridal party might include bridal bouquets, bridesmaids’ flowers, floral crowns and hair flowers, corsages and buttonholes.

Receptions and informal schemes can be enhanced with a styled Kilner cocktail bar, croquet and garden games, giant lit LOVE letters and an abundance of fairy lights.

Finishing touches might include statement floral frames, table plans, table numbers, place cards and gift card boxes.

We understand that many couples do not have the experience, time, emotional or financial resources to put together and manage their own team of suppliers to cover all of the elements that they would like to combine in achieving their vision. KWF are therefore able to effectively project manage schemes allowing you to enjoy the process of planning your wedding.
